Choose a pack when you add a new starter. Their contract, policies and the Fair Work Information Statement (plus the Casual or Fixed Term statement where it applies) arrive on their phone to read and sign before day one.
Contracts and letters
Filled from the person's record, signed by the manager first and then the employee, and filed against them. Letters to acknowledge are tracked until they are.
Leave and requests
Workers apply on their phone and see where it is up to. The right manager approves, and everyone is told the outcome.
Timesheets and payroll export
Hours logged on the phone or from a rostered shift, approved by the supervisor, exported for your payroll software. Pay rates and overtime rules are optional.
Roster and availability
Build the roster, publish it, and workers see their shifts. A changed or cancelled shift is told to the person it affects.
Expense claims
Claim with a photo of the receipt, fix and resubmit if it comes back, and see when it is approved.
Performance reviews
Reviews completed together or in two parts, signed by manager and employee, with goals, training and the next review date on the person's file.
HR Help and cases
A private front door for questions, concerns and requests to HR. A concern can become a case, managed through each stage with its letters and records.
Records and the person's file
Every signed document, form, licence and medical in one file per person. People who leave are archived and kept for seven years, not deleted.

Site sign-in
Workers sign in to the site they are on. Each site can require documents on the first shift or every shift, with an expiry, so no one starts without them.
Incidents and injuries
Reported on the spot with photos and a body map. The supervisor and your safety person are told at once, and notifiable incidents are flagged.
Hazards and corrective actions
Every hazard can raise a corrective action with an owner and a due date, chased until it is closed.
SWMS, Take 5 and toolbox talks
Read and signed on the phone, with a record of who signed which version and when.
Licences, tickets and training
Workers add their own with a photo. You verify them, and everyone is reminded before anything expires.
Injury and return to work
Claims, capacity, restrictions and the return-to-work plan kept together, with review dates.
Contractor logins
Give your contractors their own login. They sign in to your sites, complete the inductions and documents each site requires, sign SWMS and report incidents and hazards, so they stay compliant too. They only ever see safety.

Already have your own SWMS, incident forms or safety procedures? Load them in. Documents are read and signed on the phone, and your forms become app forms your crews fill in on site.
